Location: Office based (Guildford)

Salary: OTE £50,000 pro rata (£45k + £5k bonus)
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch campaign for an exciting new event, driving awareness, ticket sales, and community engagement across the Middle East region — all while working closely with our UK-based HQ and Dubai partners. This is an opportunity to join an energetic and fast-growing UK-based Events company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy to launch and grow the event in Dubai
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including social media, digital advertising, email, content marketing, and partnerships
- Collaborate with local agencies, influencers, and media partners to build regional visibility
- Localise global brand messaging for the Middle Eastern market — ensuring cultural relevance and alignment
- Lead content creation and storytelling to excite and engage audiences before, during, and after the event
- Drive ticket sales and audience growth through targeted, data-led campaigns
- Oversee creative asset production and campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report regularly on campaign ROI and KPIs
- Support onsite event marketing, social coverage, and post-event insights
Experience & skills:
- 4 plus years marketing and events experience is essential

Job title: Senior Marketing Executive, Animal Health Division
Hours: Full Time
Location: Office based (Guildford)

The Senior Marketing Executive will sit within the Marketing team and will work across the Animal Health portfolio – National Equine Show, Pets & Aquatic Trade Show and British Equestrian Trade Association International Trade Show. The role will have a strong focus on administration and process and will function as the gateway between external stakeholders and the Marketing team. Much of the role will be desk based, helping ensure that the large amount of information the team actions is managed effectively and in a timely manner.

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join an award-winning events team. The role will support the Marketing Director on ISPO in Amsterdam 2026 – maximising opportunities to attract visitors and exhibitors to the show.
The main focus of the role is to create and manage the marketing campaign for the shows, negotiate partnerships with media, bring onboard and manage ambassadors and community groups, liaise with exhibitors, manage social media, newsletter campaigns, advertising and websites.
Key Responsibilities include:

Operations Roles
Job title: Operations Director
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Operations Director to lead and manage the operational delivery of our B2B exhibitions and trade shows. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and post-event analysis of all operational aspects across multiple events, both domestic and international.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of event logistics, supplier and venue management, and the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Reports To: Managing Director
Location: Office based (Guildford)/Hybrid
Salary: OTE £70,000 p/a (£62k basic plus £8k bonuses)

Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Define and implement operational strategies for the efficient delivery of exhibitions and trade shows.
- Lead and manage the Operations Team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure operational alignment across departments.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes and customer experience.
Event Planning & Execution
- Oversee the full operational lifecycle of events from venue selection and contract negotiation to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, schedules, health and safety compliance, and risk assessments.
- Lead the development of event floorplans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure exhibitor and contractor manuals are accurate, updated, and distributed on time.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders, including local partners and logistics providers for overseas events.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with venues, contractors, logistics providers, AV suppliers, security, and other third-party vendors.
- Ensure SLAs are met and deliverables are achieved within budget and to agreed timelines.
- Manage contracts and procurement processes for key operational suppliers.
Compliance, Health & Safety
- Ensure all events meet legal, health and safety, insurance, and licensing requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all documentation and procedures are compliant.
- Implement and enforce sustainability policies in line with company ESG goals.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Create and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and value for money.
- Monitor and report on operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Technology & Systems
- Evaluate and implement event technology solutions such as floor plan design tools, registration systems, onsite management tools, and event apps.
- Streamline internal operations using digital tools to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 7–10 years in event operations, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role within B2B exhibitions or trade shows.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale exhibitions (domestic and international).
- Experience managing teams and working in cross-functional environments.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job title: Event Manager
We have a very exciting opportunity for an Event Manager to join the award-winning team at Raccoon Media Group. Reporting directly to the MD, this is a commercial-lead opportunity that is perfect for a Sales Manager looking to take the next step up or an experienced Event Manager
Location: Office based (Guildford)/Hybrid
Hours: Full time (USA Hours Required 10-6pm / 11-7pm)
Salary: OTE £65,000 p/a (£50k basic plus £15k bonuses)
Key responsibilities include:
- Define the growth plan for the event, strengthening sales and services and client excellence – including identification of key commercial objectives, strategy, tactics, potential risks, industry opportunities and measurable KPIs
- Drive the strategy and take lead responsibility for the retention and growth of client account(s)to reach quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
- Uphold accurate and regular tracking, trend identification and trimming of department model to drive greater efficiencies, smarter working practices and effective resource allocation where required
- Produce and monitor financial forecasting, billing and processes, including firm control of department spend and reconciliation
- Ensure adherence to all company payment procedures
- Review pricing policies and suggest ideas that drive higher revenue sales and relationships
- Take the lead role in developing our value-proposition for the event. Suggest new ideas and technical innovations that improve the proposition

- Communicate regularly with the wider team keep them updated on strategic and tactical department news, developments and results (weekly meetings)
- Work with other Event Directors to ensure cross department sharing of leads and collaborative working

2. Purchase and Employ: We buy the idea from you for a mutually acceptable sum and you come and work on the event (you would need to interview for a specific role in either sales, marketing, content, finance, management or operations).
3. Employ and Equity: You work on the event in a specific role but at a lower fee in exchange for an equity stake in the business.
