1. Purchase: You have a great idea and you would like us to buy the idea from you for a mutually acceptable sum. The value we pay is linked to:
- How developed is the idea? (is it a workable business plan or an idea)
- How tested is the idea? (conversations with partners, exhibitors, visitors etc)
- Are there clear recommendations in the plan? (timeline, location, venue etc)
- How much work is required to make this into a viable event?
- How much risk is there?
- What are the capital requirements?
2. Purchase and Employ: We buy the idea from you for a mutually acceptable sum and you come and work on the event (you would need to interview for a specific role in either sales, marketing, content, finance, management or operations).
3. Employ and Equity: You work on the event in a specific role but at a lower fee in exchange for an equity stake in the business.
